Zombies are once again invading Milton! Put on by Milton Theatre, Zombie Fest returns to Milton, Delaware, every year to celebrate all things undead and supernatural. Zombie Fest 2024 is on October 19 in downtown Milton. Festivities begin at 4pm, and admission is FREE!
Get ready to groove with this year’s theme of haunted Mardi Gras, where the apocalypse meets the parade in a monstrously fun mashup! Come to Milton for a night of ghastly attractions for all ages.
Parking and Shuttle
Zombie Fest 2024 is sponsored by Dogfish Head, offering off-site parking and shuttle services to the festival grounds. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the ample parking at Dogfish Head Brewery and the complimentary shuttle.

KidsFest
Milton Zombie Fest is an opportunity for kids and adults alike to get in the spirit of Halloween. KidsFest will have bounce houses, crafts, zombie makeup stations, and prizes. Dress up in your spookiest or silliest costumes for the Kids Costume Contest.
Zombie Walk
The Zombie Walk is the highlight of the night. This free and family-friendly event invites everyone to transform into the undead and parade through downtown on foot, decorated bikes, scooters, or golf carts. Registration is required.
The walking dead will assemble at 7:45pm at Atlantic Ave. The parade begins at 8:00pm and travels south along Union St., from Atlantic Ave to Federal St., where spectators can watch the eerie procession. Awards will be given for the best costumes!

Freakshow Acts
The festival grounds will be crawling with Freak Show acts. The troupe will wander the event grounds and interact with attendees before leading the Zombie Walk.
Laser Light Show
Have you ever been to a zombie rave? The festival is ramping up the fright factor with an electrifying Laser Light Show that will illuminate the night sky! Prepare to be mesmerized as colorful laser beams pulse to eerie music. Fog machines create ghostly shapes and shadows, delivering a spine-tingling visual experience that promises to captivate and chill.

Live music is at the Milton Theater Quayside outdoor stage. Situated along the Broadkill River, this venue is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spooky atmosphere.

Earth Jam
Local Lewes-based band previously seen at Irish Eyes Lewes, Lefty’s Alley & Eats, and Milton’s Sydney’s.

Lower Case Blues
A jammin’ trio offering a fusion of old blues, funk, and rock. Performing since 2003, they’ve become known for blending blues and rock in Delaware and the tri-state area.

Hot Sauce
The Hot Sauce Band delivers multi-generational popular music with a spicy twist. Fronted by David Aman, their sound combines influences from Herb Alpert, Gipsy Kings, Sergio Mendes, and Spaghetti Western movies. The unique instrumentation includes Marimba, Castanets, Horns, Nylon String Flamenco Guitars, and Melodica.
Food, Drinks, and Vendors
No zombies will go hungry! The event features a selection of food trucks and vendors offering a variety of delicious and creatively themed eats. Expect to find everything from gourmet burgers and tacos to festive treats like “bloody” red velvet cupcakes and “zombie” fries.
In addition to these savory and sweet offerings, specialty drinks are available, including themed cocktails and mocktails that complement the eerie atmosphere. The local favorite Dogfish Head Milton Brewery will also serve drinks and food.
